Returns could not be easier at Avanni!
If you wish to return a product* you have purchased on avanni.co.uk you may do so providing the item is unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.Please do contact us via email before you return the bag or jewellery to let us know you will be sending the item back.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund you the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
